Jamie was awesome. I have been waiting for him to play the bad guy. How scary was he when he appeared at the outside door

He needs to come back. Perfect character to want to take down the Dollhouse. He has the financial backing to get the best attorneys. I am sure he can get out of that on a technicality. But his business is destroyed. More martin klar please

They've pretty much singled out Alexis Denisof's character as the current anti-Dollhouse crusader, though, and I can't see them wanting to get rid of him anytime soon. If the show manages to hang on (last night's ratings weren't good, but it is Friday and it's not as much of an investment for the network this year), and if JB's available and they have an opportunity to bring him back, I can't see it being for revenge. More like Rossum has a well connected black market arms dealer they helped put into in custody. He's an asset. ;)

Very creepy. And it's much harder to act without using words.

I'm not even a lawyer and I can see ways Martin can get off. Sure, the car blew up, but can they directly tie the explosives to him? And what about a former rogue FBI agent setting him up?

The circumstantial evidence doesn't seem all that rock solid, that's a good point. Of course, we also didn't really get any clear evidence that Hugo the lackey was shot or killed in that skirmish; if he survived and cut a plea bargain to snitch out his boss, presumably they'd have dear Martin by the scruff of that extremely well-tailored suit. ;)

Well he would certainly have motive for taking down the dollhouse: 1) they mess up his business 2)they had him meet the 'woman of his dreams' and she turned out to be a lie.
There was an interview with Joss where he seemed to have really like working with Jamie.

I could see Martin making a reappearance, but given how low the ratings were for the premiere I'm just glad Jamie's ep aired first!

It would be lovely to have martin turn into a recurring role. Joss and eliza have both said they love working with him.

Right before martin was in position to bring the dollhouse down they could offer him a deal. They give him echo. But turn her into the roma he thought he married. he could do it just to get to ballard

Anyway. I would take any storyline to get jamie back on

I could easily see Martin get off on a technically and come back for revenge. Or I could also see the senator reaching out to Martin, offering him a deal to get at Ballard so he could get at the Dollhouse.

Now, the latter I could definitely see. Denisof vs. Bamber as extraordinarily uncomfortable bedfellows. ;)

hey give him echo. But turn her into the roma he thought he married.

Maybe it is just that I have difficulty seeing Jamie Bamber as a real bad guy (I had the same trouble with Bruce Willis in a movie) but I think he was really truly upset at the realization that the woman he'd married had been lieing all along. The romantic in me is hoping that he tries to press them to put the original her back in with the hope of winning his sort-of-wife back.
Do I thinnk this would actually happen? No, I know I'm a sappy romantic. But it is fun to think of. :)

I kept laughing at the screen going 'Faith, Starbuck is *so* going to hurt you'. :)
