Jamie Bamber in Brideshead Revisited: BBC Radio 4 iPlayer
So you never got to hear the 2004 Radio 4 production of Brideshead Revisited, in which Jamie played Sebastian Flyte opposite Ben Miles' Charles Ryder? Your ship just came in. ;)  All four parts of the radio play are now available on BBC Radio's iPlayer! (Which unlike the BBC's streaming video, IS available to all regions of the globe. Thank goodness for that.)

Listen NOW!:
Brideshead Revisited: Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4

The play is ONLY available to stream until October 21st, too, so get listenin' quick!

Note: I have no idea where that picture of Ben Miles came from. It's not associated with Brideshead, they never filmed it. Juuust a radio play. There are no pics of Jamie out there from this waiting to be discovered. (Otherwise, you know me, I'd be on that like white on rice. XD)

This is a wonderful production and I would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't heard it. It does rather make me sniffle though :}

It's just toooo tragic :'( Isn't here is a press picture round about this of Jamie with Aloysius?

O_o I didn't think there were any press images for this production. (So rare that there are for radio productions.) But if you have a hunch, I'd be more than willing to try and hunt it down.

I thought I knew where it was but it appears to have gone awol. Dammit. Leave it with me and I'll see if I can unearth it again.

What?! There's Aloysius pics you've been holding out on me with?!

I second, (or maybe third?), Brideshead Revisited is a great production, and if it had been a TV adaption Jamie would have been a worth successor to Anthony Andrews.

I actually bought this during a trip to Castle Howard. Too lazy to actually listen to it. This is slightly motivating me...

Thanks for posting this. I just started to listen and I don't really know why but I found myself laughing. It's a great thing to listen on a sunday morning.
