Rhetorical as may be, but I think that calls into question an important distinction. We, i.e. Jamie's fanbase, know because we make it our BIZNESS to know such things. XD I don't think that the Beeb expects that most of the show's audience will know in advance.

It was also featured in the Guardian's TV guide as both the pick of the day and pick of the week. I've tried to find this on their website, but unfortunately it seems to be in the physical paper only. Not sure if you've found this info before else where but I hadn't seen it so I thought I'd let you know
