I highly doubt that Jamie's permanent residency came up in a BAFTA (or is it BBC? You changed that bit of information from one comment to another...) "screening." And regardless of your reason for wanting to know, I don't know that I'm in any position to say.

No one said a word about his "permanent residency". The question t was whether he would be reappearing given that he is now appearing in the US Why all the sensitivity? BAFTA exists to promote talent here and the issue of talent leaving does come up often.

Why all the sensitivity?

Funny, I was about to ask you the same thing.

BBC BAFTA

Ms Intrepid. Just to clarify: I didn't change anything. I said the BBC BAFTA screening. The BBC always holds them. And if you want, I'll invite you to come along to BAFTA as a guest and you can see for yourself what goes on at BAFTA.

Re: BBC BAFTA

I've been to a BAFTA sponsored screening. In New York City. ;)

Re: BBC BAFTA

That's BAFTA NY. A Chapter. The public is invited to attend selected FILM screenings as BAFTA is a charity and has a public education mission. BAFTA director sessions, Q&As and sessions for Academy members are for BAFTA members only. And that you are free to verify with BAFTA. My invitation still stands: I'll invite you to BAFTA London and you can watch a Q&A.

Re: BBC BAFTA

And are you fronting airfare, too? XD Seriously though, hate to burst your bubble but I live in Los Angeles and members-only Q&A's (no matter which organization) isn't a terribly exotic happenstance for me.
