I don't know what you're implying, but I don't think they wanted it to get out to the general public, that he was only on one episode for shock value. Apparently Ben Richards likes killing off main stars of shows and it does add a twist.

I've only seen Jamie mentioning it once in an interview and other cast members seemed to avoid it too, I guess they just didn't want to spoil it. Meanwhile Jamie is still on Law and Order and he did a French film so I'm not sure he would have had the time. When he mentions Ben Richards it doesn't seem like they didn't get on or anything like that.

Also probably not worth responding but I think you'll find the interviewers mention BSG to him, he doesn't bring it up himself. Secondly he probably did the EJO film as a favour, so I kinda don't see the problem...

Perhaps...but if they didn't want it to get out to the public, why did Bamber say months ago he had only a limited ARC role. That sort of gave the game away...

And I still think that Jamie Bamber, having made his mark and starred in a major network production (Law and Order: UK) would be much better advised to pursue a career here--at least until he lands a LEADING role. In the US if he isn't terribly lucky, he'll wind up on the Hallmark channel. There's just way too much competition and it isn't always fair. Many, many actors star in one major production and then vanish.

He only mentioned it once though, he stayed clear of it after that.

And I'm sure he appreciates the career advice but I'm sure he knows the business well enough and in any case that wasn't really the point of the thread.
