I have been SO confused! Not only did they describe Wheels Within Wheels as Tonight's episode, they posted it on Amazon last Tuesday, which automatically gets added to my account. So I dutifully watched it with bated breath, waiting for Ioan to appear. Of course, he didn't, since this wasn't his episode. No Jamie in the bar, no Ty and Tina. Confusion ensued, but had to put it on the back burner what with the house full of little ones on spring break. Then lo and behold, another episode popped up last night: Truth or Consequences. Ahoy! Ioan, the bar, the lawsuit--this is what you all were talking about! So Wheels Within Wheels is already on Amazon (stamped "original airdate 3/31), as is Truth or Consequences, finally.

I, too, tittered and the Captain of Ship bit. And squirmed at the silly lawsuit, and to Mark's supposed noble rationale. I must admit I am growing weary of the slow-mo-water-pouring kitsch.

Finally, do you suppose it is a secret desire of our British thespian friends to have the opportunity to say "Howdy" on screen? Just a thought.

I just looked at Amazon and they appear to have fixed their mistake. Or TNT's mistake. Someone's mistake! So, no sneak preview for us. :/

I would LOVE to see Buck whip out a slingshot and take out the water pitcher. ;p I say Buck because he just strikes me as the most likely to do something like that. :D And pouring water constantly is far more irritating than dread inducing.

Another problem with the Ty/Tina personal DRAMA is Mark. He is such a non-entity. While I feel a certain amount of sympathy for anyone who has been cheated on, we don't know him AT ALL or why, exactly, their marriage was in the state it was and why Tina turned to Ty so the lawsuit is a big WTF.

Yes, I completely agree. I have sympathy for those cuckolded, too, and very little for the cheater (just LEAVE already!). Yet to put myself in Ty's shoes, how about pulling out the old "she told me the marriage was over" line? Or, "yes, I thought about him, but Tina was so unhappy in the marriage, my main concern was freeing her from that unhappiness" as a rationalization of naughty behavior. Or, he could have just looked Mitch in the eye and said, "Why, with my good looks and charm, I can't always resist the non-stop barrage of female attention. I'm only human." Okay, the last one wouldn't have worked, but that's what I was thinking...Husband? What husband?
